Transfer Rumours And Round Up: July 10-11

Goal.com wraps up the weekend movers and shakers.

EPL: John Terry, Chelsea - Wigan Athletic (PA)

Despite reports to the contrary, Valencia have denied that Barcelona agreed a fee with them for David Villa. The Blaugrana have reportedly thrown their name in the hat for Daniel Guiza however, who seems set to leave Fenerbahce.

Martin Caceres could be leaving the Camp Nou; according to sources, the European champions are trying to offload the Uruguay international on loan to Juventus.

On the peninsula, Roma's Alberto Aquilani is a man in demand, according to his agent. The Italy international's representative has revealed that should a serious offer materialize for his client then it would be considered. Therefore, it is as yet unknown whether or not the midfielder will be with La Magica next season.

Luis Fabiano will be an AC Milan player by Tuesday, according to reports. He will leave Sevilla for a fee of around €20 million to sign with the Rossoneri on a handsome wage.

Palermo, meanwhile, have sealed a deal for Javier Pastore, described as the 'Argentinian Kaka'; he leaves Huracan and signs on at the Favorita until 2014.

The champions, Inter, have denied that an approach has been made by Manchester United for Davide Santon; Carlos Tevez is expected to pitch up at United's cross-town rivals, Manchester City, also by Tuesday.

The Citizens are also said to be encouraged by the news that John Terry is seeking summit talks with Roman Abroamovich over his Chelsea future. A bid for the England captain's services is expected this week.

Liverpool would allow Xabi Alonso to leave to suitors for a fee of €35m. Real Madrid are known to be keen and the Reds have allegedly lined up Lee Cattermole, of Wigan, as a replacement for either the Spaniard or Javier Mascherano.

After missing out on a move to AC Milan, Aly Cissokho has again become a target for Olympique Lyonnais. The French champions are prepared to tempt the Frenchman back to Ligue 1 from FC Porto.

Finally, the USA's Confederations Cup hero, Jozy Altidore, is expected to complete a loan deal to Olympiakos imminently as the Greek champions continue their recruitment drive.
