Barcelona has not made a bid for Inter Milan goalkeeper Samir Handanovic, according to the player's agent.
The Blaugrana are believed to be on the lookout for a new man between the posts, with current No. 1 Victor Valdes set to leave the club when his contract expires in 2014.
Goal reported last week that Barca had a 17 million euro bid for Galatasaray keeper Fernando Muslera rejected, but rumors linking the club with a move for the Nerazzurri man are wide of the mark, according to Federico Pastorello.
“Barcelona has not had any contact," Pastorello told Sky Sport 24. "Samir is very happy to stay at Inter. I honestly do not see big news on the horizon, however, anything can happen.”
Pastorello also discussed the future of client Dusan Basta, and admitted the midfielder could be on the move from Udinese this summer, with Inter or Napoli potential destinations.
“Dusan is very comfortable in Udinese. But he has aged so maybe it’s his last chance for a great call," Pastorello said. “He is no doubt a player who deserves a chance at a big club and I understand that there was some contact. What will be his fate? Inter and Napoli possibly.”
