Galatasaray have qualified for the knockout round after the fourth matchday of the group stages. Panathinaikos are one point behind with nine, while Dinamo Bucharest have three. Sturm Graz, on one point, are out.

Turkish Delight

Cimbom left the Romanian capital with a convincing win and qualification assured after a thumping victory over Dinamo Bucharest

Aussie ace Harry Kewell made it 1-0 after 22 minutes with a lovely solo effort.

Shabani Nonda doubled the advantage directly afterwards with a free header after some dreadful goalkeeping from the hosts - the second game in a row in which Kewell and Nonda opened the scoring against Dinamo.


After the break, a delightful piledriver from range from Mehmet Topal put the result completely beyond doubt as the Romanian outfit's heads went down.

Greek Treat

Kostas Katsouranis kept up his exemplary Europa League goalscoring run as Pana edged past stricken Sturm Graz.

Though the visitors started strongly, Cisse and Karagounis coming close early on, the Austrians enjoyed a brief period of dominance either side of the break.

However, it was up to Katsouranis to net after Sebastian Leto's brilliant run and cross.

Now Pana need just a draw to progress, although their next clash - a visit to Galatasaray - will be a tough venue.
