Marek Hamsik is ready to turn Italy's World Cup dream into a nightmare when they take on Slovakia on Thursday.
La Nazionale are at their beam ends, and their challenge is in danger of capsizing if they fail to beat Hamsik and company.
Italy will sail back home if they lose to Slovakia, or if they draw and New Zealand beat Paraguay in their match.
And Hamsik claims his side are ready to tip the Azzurri out.
"Everyone has been having difficulty at the World Cup, not just Italy," he told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"Every game is tricky, and we are waiting for another final. It will not be easy.
"If you don't score, you don't win. We had just one shot against Paraguay."
Hamsik has plenty to look forward to regardless of how his national team get on as Napoli are ready to offer him a new deal.
"I will head back to Napoli after this. My agent has met [club director] Riccardo Bigon and we are on the right path," he added.
Reports suggest the Partenopei will offer him a five-year extension.
