Following their announcement of a Honduras friendly, the USA will take on Netherlands later in the year.In what is being considered a warm-up match for the 2010 World Cup in June, the U.S. Men's National Team will take on the Netherlands in Amsterdam on March 3rd.
“We are very excited about the chance to play a team with the quality of the Netherlands,” said Bradley in a press release.
“During the past three years we have tried to challenge ourselves against the best opponents in different environments, and having the chance to play in Holland prior to the World Cup is a great opportunity for our group as we continue the preparations for South Africa.”
Playing the Netherlands will round out the United States' playing of the top four clubs in the world over the last 12 months, according to the FIFA World Rankings.
They played have played Brazil, Italy and Spain recently.
In their history against Netherlands, the USA are 0-3-0 having lost all three previous encounters with the Oranje.
The match will take place at Amsterdam ArenA in the Dutch capital.
