Emerson Hyndman made his professional debut on Saturday, as Fulham lost 2-1 at Ipswich Town in both teams' Championship opener.

The 18-year-old American went the full match at Portman Road, looking composed on the ball and impressing throughout while playing a central midfield role. The home side got off to a 2-0 lead with goals on either side of the half, before Tim Hoogland pulled back a late consolation 86 minutes in.
