Belgium vs. United States World Cup match start time and TV info

After advancing to the round of 16 despite a loss to Germany, the U.S. is set for a tough test against a young Belgian side on Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET.

The United States national team barely got out of the group stage at the FIFA World Cup, and now has the task of facing Belgium in the round of 16 on Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET.

The Stars and Stripes, who have not made it to the quarterfinals since 2002, defeated Ghana, drew against Portugal and lost to Germany in their first three games.

The Americans survived the Group of Death with four points, which was good enough to edge out the Portuguese on goal differential for second place in the group.

Jozy Altidore has been made available for the Belgium game after suffering a hamstring injury in the team's opening match against Ghana. American fans are hoping he can help boost the side as it looks to move on to the semifinals against either Switzerland or Argentina.
