NBA legend Magic Johnson is a fan of Barcelona talisman Lionel Messi.
The former LA Lakers guard visited Camp Nou to watch the Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid on Sunday as Messi scored both of his team's goals in a 2-2 draw.
"Messi is my favorite, he's my man," Johnson told Barca TV.
The Clasico turned out being something of a head-to-head between Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, as the Portugal captain netted a double himself in a matchup between the world's best players. But Johnson was clear about who he was there to see.
"I love everything that Messi stands for and also the other teammates as well," he told Barca TV. "I'm here to cheer all of them on to the end."
Barcelona is a special place for the 53-year-old, who won a gold medal with the Dream Team at the 1992 Olympic Games in Spain's second largest city.
"Just to be a part of a game with so much history and just a historical value to it, I'm just happy that I'm able to attend," he said in the interview with Barca's official site.
