Uruguay easily defeated Paraguay 3-0 Sunday afternoon at El Monumental in Buenos Aires to win the Copa America for a record 15th time and first since 1995. Diego Forlan finished with two goals and Luis Suarez added one as Uruguay dominated its South American opposition.
