France heads into this summer’s tournament as outsiders, with hosts Brazil and holders Spain rated amongst the favorites to lift the trophy, along with Argentina and Germany.
But Pogba insists his country won’t settle for simple targets like advancing beyond its group, which contains Switzerland, Ecuador and Honduras.
“We will do everything to win the World Cup," the 21-year-old told Telefoot. "I don't care about being in the quarterfinals or just getting past the group phase.
"We will have to remain concentrated throughout the tournament. It is always a pleasure for me to wear Les Bleus shirt - I have made my dream come true."
The Juventus midfielder was asked about his future as he continues to attract attention from some of Europe’s biggest teams, but he insists he is happy for now and will think about it after the current campaign.
Pogbe said: “I want to be concentrated on the pitch. I’ll open myself up when we finish the season. Everything is OK at Juve and in the national team - I’m very happy.
“I want to have more fun, I have goals. You have to make sacrifices to be happy. Let’s hope my sacrifices will make me happy.”
