The Belgium international said on Monday that he is ready to join a bigger club and has now claimed that the two Italian giants attempted to sign him in the summer
"Inter made me a rather interesting offer in the summer. However, there was still a lot of uncertainty about who would be the coach and whether Wesley Sneijder and Samuel Eto'o would stay," Hazard was quoted as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Belgium international stated on Monday that he was not yet ready to leave the French side last summer, but added that he feels that the time is now right to make the next step in his career.
The 20-year-old was also linked with clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid in August, but he has now revealed that the interest from Serie A was the most concrete.
"Inter were not the only ones, though," said Hazard. "AC Milan also made me an offer. They proposed that I stayed at Lille and open serious talks at the end of the season."
On Monday, Hazard stated that he will definitely not move to another French team, and he has now added that does not have a preferred destination.
"Every league has its merits, all the big clubs make me dream."
Hazard has a contract with Lille which runs until the summer of 2015.
