Olympique Lyonnais and FC Porto have been locked in talks for Cissokho for the past few days after agreement was reached for Argentinian striker Lisandro Lopez to move to the French club.
Sources close to Porto have told Portuguese news agency Lusa that Cissokho's transfer to the Stade Gerland has been completed for a fee of €15 million.
It is believed that the Dragons will also be entitled to 20 per cent of any future transfer fee for Cissokho should he be sold by Lyon.
The 21-year-old left-back, who did not train with Porto yesterday afternoon, will reportedly pen a five-year contract with Lyon.
Although Cissokho's move to AC Milan in June collapsed due to a failed medical, Lusa indicates that the Frenchman has already passed a medical examination with Lyon.
