The Seleccao great fell ill while accompanying his country's national team at Euro 2012, but looks to have made a full recovery.Portugal legend Eusebio has been discharged from Poznan's Josef Strus Hospital and will be moved to Lisbon on Wednesday for further tests after initially complaining of feeling unwell over the weekend.
The 70-year-old traveled to Poland to watch the Seleccao's 1-0 quarterfinal victory over the Czech Republic, but was admitted to the hospital after a health scare.
"Eusebio enjoyed a good night. The medical team found him physically and mentally able today and discharged him," hospital spokesperson Stanislav Rusek told Abola.
"Eusebio was fine, just a bit tired, and right now his condition is stable," reassured doctor Jose Roquete at a press conference. "However, we will not let him watch Portugal's match."
The Benfica icon has been in and out of hospital three times since Dec. 2011, with a history of hypertension.
