thumbnail Hello,

The Manchester United striker returns for the Three Lions following his two-game ban, but the Dynamo Kiev veteran misses out.

Wayne Rooney returns to the England starting lineup to face Ukraine in the final game in Group D after missing the first two matches through suspension.

The Manchester United striker replaces Andy Carroll to lead the line alongside club mate Danny Welbeck as the Three Lions look to secure their place in the Euro 2012 quarterfinals.

James Milner continues on the right side despite the impact made by Theo Walcott against Sweden, as the Arsenal winger has recovered from a hamstring scare but has to settle for a place on the bench.

A knee injury to talisman Andriy Shevchenko means Ukraine will be without its captain for the first time in the tournament. Andriy Voronin will also miss out as coach Oleg Blokhin puts his faith in Artem Milevskiy and Marko Devic.

There are two more changes to Ukraine’s starting lineup from the defeat to France as Denys Garmash and Yaroslav Rakitskiy come into the side in place of Serhiy Nazarenko and Taras Mikhalik.

England: Hart; Johnson, Terry, Lescott, Cole; Milner, Parker, Gerrard, Young; Rooney, Welbeck.

Ukraine: Pyatov; Gusev, Rakitskiy, Khatcheridi, Selin; Yarmolenko, Tymoshchuk, Garmash, Konoplyanka; Milevsky, Devic
