The oft-injured Brazilian forward is one step closer to a comeback after joining his teammates for a full training session Thursday morning.
The 23-year-old has yet to make an official appearance for the Rossoneri this season due to an adductor problem, and he has spent the past few weeks working on his recovery. Pato is now one step closer to a comeback, though, after participating in a full group training session on Thursday and emerging without any setbacks.
It remains to be seen whether Pato will make the squad for the Derby della Madonnina, though, with Milan keen to ease him back into action and avoid any further long-term problems. Injuries limited Pato to just 18 games across all competitions last season, with his four goals being the lowest total in any of his five seasons with Milan.
