Th goalkeeper has signed a new deal to keep him at the club until 2016.Michel Vorm has signed a new four-year deal with Swansea City which will keep him at the Liberty Stadium until 2016.
The Netherlands international signed for the Swans last summer for a fee of 1.5 million pounds from Eredivisie side FC Utrecht and has gone on to become one of the Premier League's most consistent goalkeepers, producing many eye-catching performances.
In his first season in the Premier League Vorm started 37 from a possible 38 matches, while he has started all five of the clubs league games so far this term, picking up two clean sheets in the process.
"I’m delighted," Vorm said to the club's official website. "I’m enjoying my time here very much and it is one of the reasons why I’ve signed an extension.
“I can also only see things at Swansea getting better and better. I can see a lot of positive things happening here and I believe the club has a bright future ahead of it."
