'AZ will be highly motivated' - Advocaat expecting tough test for PSV

The Eindhoven coach has warned against complacency when they face their Dutch rival this weekend, with Sunday's opponent keen to make amends for its Europa League loss
Dick Advocaat says his PSV Eindhoven side will have to be at its very best when they face AZ Alkmaar on Sunday.

AZ suffered an embarassing 5-0 loss at home to Anzhi, in its Europa League playoff second leg on Thursday, a result in stark contrast to its league form, with the club unbeaten in three Eredivisie games.

“They have done some fantastic work in Alkmaar in the past few years," Advocaat said in a weekly press briefing this afternoon.

“I expect AZ will be keen to make amends. They will probably have forgotten the Anzhi game by Sunday and will be highly motivated to pull off a good result.”
