"It's just the first match with a new team," he told the media at the post-match press conference. "There's still plenty of time to get better organized and do well."
In evidently more buoyant mood was Carlo Ancelotti, who nevertheless still lamented the loss of two points that would have given his side the advantage over French champion Montpellier, which was also held to a draw on Friday.
