Protesters force themselves onto Paris Saint-Germain's training ground

An ugly incident almost boiled over at the Camp des Loges on Thursday morning, where as many as 50 supporters gatecrashed, but Claude Makelele was on hand to quell tensions.
A large group of fans claiming to be Paris Saint-Germain supporters have unsuccessfully tried to ruin a training session, which saw a cameraman come close to being attacked, AFP has confirmed.

Around 50 young people participated in hooligan-like behavior, after they managed to break into the Camp des Loges on Thursday.

They were reportedly members of a fan group in support of former president Robin Leproux, who relinquished his role in favor of Nasser Al-Khelaifi following the takeover of the club by the Qatar Investment Authority.

Before police arrived at the incident, they were close to launching an attack on the cameraman, who tried to film the unsavory scene. Despite failing in their attempts, they insulted and spat at him.

Assistant coach Claude Makelele then went over to converse with the protesters, and they eventually agreed to leave the premises.

However, more disturbances were later heard, as the group then gathered outside the entrance to the Camp des Loges, and began throwing firecrackers.
