Former Argentina international Hernan Crespo has revealed that the best moment of his spell at Inter was winning the Serie A title for the first time in his career in 2006-07 when Juventus played in Serie B.

Crespo was under contract at Inter in 2002-03 before leaving the club for Chelsea, only to return to the Nerazzurri in the summer of 2006.

"Here at Inter everything was amazing right from day one. It's wonderful to see this club with so many trophies won all over the world, especially for someone like me who experienced things before and during that spell," Crespo was quoted as saying on the official Inter website.

"If I have to choose a single moment I'd say the first Scudetto won on the pitch in the Moratti era when Juventus were in Serie B.

"For all the people who had suffered for so long, for someone such as myself who had finished behind Juventus playing for other clubs, it's hard to forget the joy we felt that day."

The 36-year-old attacker is the only player who has scored for five different clubs in the Champions League. Crespo found the net whilst wearing the jerseys of Parma, Lazio, Inter, Chelsea and AC Milan.
