Paris Saint-Germain's Salvatore Sirigu: It is nearly impossible to reach the level of Juventus' Gianluigi Buffon
The former Palermo man is of the opinion that the Italy No.1 is still arguably the best in his profession, and says it will be difficult to ever be on a par with him.

Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu has confessed that it will be a near impossible task to reach the level of Juventus' Gianluigi Buffon.
The 24-year-old feels that Buffon has set the bar so high that he may never be able to better the illustrious shot stopper once his playing days are over.
"Buffon is still one of the greatest goalkeepers in the world, if not the absolute best. He has the ability to remain at the highest level for many years. For now, it is impossible to reach his level," Sirigu was quoted as saying by Le Parisien.
The goalkeeper then went on to express his delight at the way his stint at the Parc des Princes has unfolded to date.
"I'm happy to be a PSG player. I would not trade my experience here with anyone."
Sirigu has developed into a key player at PSG since joining the club from Palermo in the summer of 2011, and has conceded just 17 times in 19 Ligue 1 matches.
The 24-year-old feels that Buffon has set the bar so high that he may never be able to better the illustrious shot stopper once his playing days are over.
"Buffon is still one of the greatest goalkeepers in the world, if not the absolute best. He has the ability to remain at the highest level for many years. For now, it is impossible to reach his level," Sirigu was quoted as saying by Le Parisien.
