The Spanish coach says his side should have picked up at least a draw and noted he is not concerned about the team's current moment in away matches.

Roma coach Luis Enrique says his side merited a better result than a 2-0 defeat at Udinese.

Goals from Antonio Di Natale and Mauricio Isla in the last 11 minutes of the game proved the difference, as Roma could not capitalize on the chances the team had created earlier in the second half.

"I do not think we were worse than them, the draw would have been the fairest result," he told Sky Sport Italia. "Udinese's goal came following a great action from Di Natale which came after Kjaer's injury. Then, we got a bit loose as we looked for the equalizer and we were once again punished in the end. Our fullbacks had to be careful about potential counter-attacks and I think they did a good job. I am happy with the work and the attitude of my players.

"Udinese are a very good side, they deserve to be at the top of Serie A."

The results sees Roma suffer its third defeat in six matches on the road as the club remains fifth in the table, now seven points off the top.

"We must improve, especially away from home, but this is part of the growing process of the team," Enrique noted.
