Bayern Munich shot stopper Hans-Jorg Butt has revealed that the Bavarians are not too concerned with their 2-0 Champions League Group A loss to Manchester City on Wednesday in the Etihad Stadium.

FCB had already secured top spot in its group ahead of the final group game and fielded several reserve team members against City, and Butt was pleased that the squad's fringe players were given a chance to play.

"I think we can live with the result. It is important for these players who do not usually start to have practice at this level," Butt said on the UEFA website. "City are a great team, they are first in the English league and it was a very difficult group. We played very well.

"We've played a very good season until now, we are also in first position in the Bundesliga and have a big dream to play the [Champions League] final in our stadium in Munich in May next year, although it will be a hard journey."

The Champions League final takes place at the Allianz Arena on May 19, 2012.
