Kirkland police lieutenant Mike Murray told the paper: "There was a big party going on at her house. It was an out-of-control situation."

Solo was booked into the south King County detention facility and will have a mandatory court appearance on Monday at the Kirkland Municipal Court, with the time yet to be determined.

"We are aware of the situation," said a statement from U.S. Soccer. "At this point, we don't have any further comments."
