Report: USA Lines Up Czech Republic & Turkey As World Cup Send-off Friendlies
The US National Team will take on the Czech Republic & Turkey in late May.

The US National Team has lined up a friendlies with the Czech Republic & Turkey as the final tune ups for the World Cup according to a press release from USSoccer.com.
"We are very pleased to get two quality opponents in the Czech Republic and Turkey in preparation for the World Cup," said U.S. head coach Bob Bradley. "These games will provide a great opportunity to fine tune our plans for the matches in South Africa and test ourselves against some of the better teams in Europe.
"We are particularly excited about playing our final match in the United States prior to the World Cup in Philadelphia, a city rich in soccer tradition. Lincoln Financial Field has proven to be an excellent venue for international soccer, and the fans have shown tremendous support for the sport. We anticipate a fantastic environment in our last game before heading to South Africa.”
First, on May 25th will the Czech Republic at a location that has yet to be determined. The last meeting between the two sides was in the 2006 World Cup where the USA was dropped by a 3-0 scoreline.
The Turkey match will take place at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field on May 29 and will pit Bob Bradley's side against a Turkish squad that failed to reach the World Cup. Turkey will be headed by newly appointed boss Guus Hiddink who also failed to reach the World Cup with Russia.
