The 18-year-old committed to the USA last week and with his one-time switch approved, he's now eligible to represent his new team.
The news means the 18-year-old will be eligible immediately for the United States, and he could appear for the USA in an April 2 friendly against Mexico in Glendale, Ariz.

The transfer was necessary after the Bayern Munich man represented Germany in qualifying for the 2013 U-19 European Championship.
USA manager Jurgen Klinsmann had been attempting to woo the wunderkind, who was born in Tampa, Fla., to an American father and German mother, for some time and secured his commitment last week.
"He is a very special talent," Klinsmann said last week in a news release. "We wanted him to feel comfortable with our program and listen to his heart when making this decision. I personally want to thank Kalle Rummenigge and everyone at Bayern Munich for their support through this process. He is an exciting player with a tremendously bright future."
