The U.S. national team veteran joins Los Gallos Blancos, who finished seventh in the Apertura this past season.
Queretaro on Tuesday announced it had acquired Beasley, along with three other players. Los Gallos Blancos finished seventh in the Apertura this past season, compiling a 7-5-5 record before being ousted by Santos Laguna in the quarterfinals of the playoffs.
After representing the USA at the 2002, 2006 and 2010 World Cups, Beasley went to Mexico in 2011 following disappointing stints with Rangers and Hannover 96.
A natural midfielder who this year became the U.S. national team's starting left back, Beasley made 66 appearances for Puebla and scored 11 goals. Puebla went 4-6-7 during the Apertura, finishing 13th and again missing out on the postseason.
