Boyd nets equalizing penalty kick for Rapid Vienna

The USA forward converted Rapid Vienna's second penalty kick of the second half to salvage a point against Sturm Graz.
After being involved with a come-from-behind performance with the USA on Tuesday, Terrence Boyd returned to his club and provided some heroics of his own Sunday.

Boyd, who was on the field for the dramatic end to the USA's victory over Panama to conclude the CONCACAF Hexagonal, came off the bench as a halftime substitute and scored from the penalty spot to salvage a 2-2 draw for Rapid Vienna with Sturm Graz.

Rapid Vienna fell behind 2-0 after 26 minutes, with Robert Beric scoring both goals, but the hosts got back in the game from the spot. First, Steffen Hofmann tallied a penalty in the 54th minute, before Boyd made good on his chance to tuck a spot kick away 10 minutes later.

The goal was Boyd's seventh in all competitions and sixth in league play.
