Terrence Boyd leads Rapid Vienna to comeback draw

The American striker got a goal and an assist as his club fought back to erase a two-goal deficit
U.S. national team striker Terrence Boyd was in fine form as the 22-year-old led Rapid Vienna to a 2-2 comeback draw against SV Mattersburg.

Patrick Burger and Christian Gartner scored either side of halftime to give the visitors a two-goal cushion, but Boyd struck on the hour mark to put die Gruen-Weissen back into the game, and assisted on Dani Alar's equalizer seven minutes later to earn his side a point and keep it in the hunt for a Champions League qualification place.

The goal is Boyd's 11th of the season in the Asutrian Bundesliga, and his 15th in all competitions.
