The speculation was everywhere. What team would Onyewu sign with? Was he going to try England again? What about France? Surely he wouldn't stay in Belgium?

Well all that talk can be put to bed now as Onyewu officially signed with Italian giants AC Milan on Tuesday.

It will go down as one of the biggest club moves for an American player...but was it the right one for Onyewu?
