After a slow start to the season, midfielder Clint Dempsey reclaimed his spot in the Fulham midfield and has played a huge role in the London club’s success this season. Tied for the team lead in league goals, Dempsey has already surpassed his goal total from last season and is quickly becoming a fan favorite at Craven Cottage.

Club supported: I supported Real Madrid.
Strengths: My creativity and my competitiveness.
Weaknesses: I would say that I don’t know and you’ll have to ask my coaches.

Career highlight to date: It still has to be scoring that goal against Ghana in the World Cup.
What’s your view of MLS in comparison with other leagues: I think it’s improving, but it still has a way to go to catch up with the big leagues in Europe.
Biggest influence: I would say my family, friends and the state that I’m from [Texas].
Tunes on iPod: I've got everything, man. I’ve got Lil Wayne, Zero, Trae. I’ve got Jay-Z , Tupac, Willie Nelson, the Chili Peppers.
Dream car: I’ve never really had a dream car. I have a dream boat though. I want to have a Ranger bass boat.
Favorite movies: I like Braveheart. I like Gladiator. I like Dumb and Dumber, and The Never-Ending Story, and I like Pineapple Express.
Something people don’t know about me: Probably that I listen to country music.
In five years I’ll be: In five years I’d like to say I’d be with a big club trying to win trophies.
