Welcome to Goal.com’s newest feature, Kick Around. We're presenting a compilation of video responses from our North American editors regarding a topic pertinent to the beautiful game.

The inaugural episode revolves around this question: Which American player has raised his stock the most playing abroad this season?

Seven editors chime in on the topic with responses ranging from Maurice Edu of Rangers, Oguchi Onyewu of Standard Liege and Jose Francisco Torres from Pachuca.

Check out the video below for the rest of the players nominated and the full explanations of why they are worthy of being labeled the most improved American Abroad.

Then chime in with your own opinions in the comments and make your preference and rationale known.

Kick Around will continue every Tuesday, so look for the regular feature in the future.

Reader input will also affect an upcoming topic, so feel free to suggest a soccer question that you're wondering about. The Goal.com North America team could weigh in on that exact subject next time!
