Canada names roster for Bulgaria, Moldova friendlies

The Canadians will meet Bulgaria and Moldova later this month.
Benito Floro has named a 24-man Canada squad for an upcoming pair of friendlies.

Canada will face Bulgaria on May 22, before taking on Moldova five days later. Both matches will be played in Austria.

Floro has summoned a mix of young players and veterans as he continues to rebuild the program after taking over as head coach last summer. Most of the players are employed by European clubs, although three North American-based players will also attend the camp.

Veterans Julian de Guzman and Atiba Hutchinson are among the names familiar to most, while youngsters Tyler Pasher, Bryce Alderson and Cyle Larin will be looking to earn their first senior national team caps.
