Monterrey defender Hiram Mier picked up a knock during the game, but appeared to be fine afterwards, tweeting to fans that the injury was "just a little nuisance".
Ryan Giggs, Craig Bellamy and Micah Richards were all available for Team GB and participated in the match, which was held behind closed doors and structured into three periods of 30 minutes each.
Mexico will kick off its campaign in London on July 26 when it faces South Korea at St. James' Park in Newcastle.
Team GB will face Senegal, also on July 26, at Old Trafford.
