Mexico national team coach Miguel Herrera has named a 23-man roster that draws entirely from Liga MX for his team's training camp ahead of the World Cup playoff against New Zealand.
It is almost identical to the group which defeated Finland 4-2, with only the addition of Toluca keeper Alfredo Talavera to ensure the mandated three goalkeepers.
Club America, which is sharing Herrera with the national team setup, provides 10 of the 23, including five of the nine defenders.
It's a largely inexperienced group, with just three players - central defenders Rafa Marquez and Francisco Rodriguez and midfielder Sinha - having made more than 35 appearances for El Tri. 15 players have played 15 or fewer games for the national side and three - Miguel Angel Herrera, Luis Angel Mendoza and Rodrigo Salinas - are uncapped.
Herrera may still add or remove players from the squad ahead of the match against New Zealand on Nov. 13.
