The U.S. and Costa Rica will both be in Brazil next summer after the CONCACAF nations officially qualified for the World Cup on Tuesday night.
Honuras's 2-2 draw with Panama completed the qualification process for both sides, with the USA grabbing a 2-0 win over Mexico and Costa Rica taking a 1-1 draw with Jamaica earlier in the night.
The results of the eighth round of matches left the USA on top of the Hexagonal with 16 points, followed by Costa Rica on 15 and Honduras on 11.
Mexico ends the night level on points with Panama at eight, with the two teams set to face off in a vital qualifier on Oct. 11. El Tri will round out the Hex with a match against Costa Rica four days later.
