One day after quitting his job at Puebla, Jose Luis Sanchez Sola reaffirmed his decision and said he'd be open to coaching abroad.

"Chelis" quit after a 4-1 loss at Pumas, and while he had resigned in similar manner before this time he said he wants to manage.

However, he said he does not want to manage in Mexico any longer and would be open to employment outside of the country.

"All the clubs in the world deserve my respect," Sanchez Sola said on the television show Los Capitanes de ESPN. "Wherever there is work as a manager, wherever a player accepts me I'll be there. Hopefully globalization opens its doors."

Sanchez Sola quietly transformed Puebla from a relegation-bound club to a contender. Puebla reached the semifinals in the Clausura 2009 season and reached the Liguilla the following season as well.

But Sanchez Sola threatend to quit before and walked back into the club's open arms. This time, his decision was made and the club helped him stay unemployed as assistant Eduardo Fentanes was promoted to head coach.

Now, Sanchez Sola has turned his sights on a foreign position.

"I want to be a manager," he said. "I realized that in these last four years of being manager. My intention was to remain with Puebla 10, 20 or 30 years but that will no longer be possible. I'll have to die elsewhere. I don't see who could confide in me but I do want to manage."
