After Jose Luis Sanchez Sola quit, Puebla moved quickly to fill the void.

Puebla manager Jose Luis Sanchez Sola announced his intentions to quit the club following a 4-1 loss to Pumas on Sunday, and the club's owner took him up on the offer.

Puebla owner Ricardo Henaine quickly replaced Sanchez Sola as he promoted assistant coach Eduardo Fentanes to head coach.

Henaine also slammed the door on any possible return to Sanchez Sola.

"While I am the owner of Puebla, there is no chance that Chelis returns," Henaine told reporters. "Honestly, that will never happen."

After the Pumas match, Sanchez Sola made his intentions of quitting known to the media. The move irked Henaine, who countered with closing the doors on him.

"He quit before the press. He did not have the courage to tell me face to face what he feels and preferred to create sideshow," Henaine said. "'Chelis' is out of the club. He won't return. Our new manager is Eduardo Fentanes and we will obtain positive results in order to be a contender."
