PSG Prepare For Kezman Departure, Eye AZ's Hector Moreno
The Parc des Princes outfit could have a minor facelift this January, with as many as three players touted to leave the club.
Kezman spent the first half of the season on loan with Zenit St. Petersburg, who then chose not to sign the mercurial forward on a permanent basis. Unfavoured at the Parc des Princes after a poor first term, the former Chelsea man has been linked with a move to Bari or Partizan Belgrade by L’Equipe.
There are no such solid tracks for either Arnaud or Bourillon, but the former would be allowed to leave should a club express an interest. Meanwhile, the former Rennes defensive player has supposedly become fed up of his peripheral role in the PSG squad.
Such changes would necessitate additional back-up in a thin team, and Kombouare reportedly has his eye fixed on Mexican defender Moreno. A 22-year-old centre-back, who would likely be aligned alongside youngster Mamadou Sakho, Moreno may prove too ambitious a target for the capital club due to his price tag and wage demands.
Former Valenciennes coach Kombouare will have been boosted by the determined words of right-winger Ludovic Giuly, who promised Le Parisien that he will shake off his poor run of form so that the “true Giuly” can return.
