Mexico will release its roster for upcoming World Cup qualifiers on Tuesday.

El Tri will play at Costa Rica on Sept. 5 and will host Honduras four days later. Costa Rica leads the Hexagonal with 12 points while the U.S. and Honduras are even on 10. Mexico are in fourth place with nine points but could make up considerable ground on two teams ahead of them in the coming games.

Mexican forward Carlos Vela was ruled out for the games on Monday as club manager Arsene Wenger said Vela would need a month to recover from an ankle injury. Defender Rafael Marquez could be healthy enough to participate with the team but the Barcelona man might not be fit enough to play 90 minutes.
