Jesus Corona 7.5 - Strong league debut with la Maquina, turned away several early chances that could have changed game's fortune
Fausto Pinto 6.5 – Did well to keep his side quiet

Horacio Cervantes 6 – Improved as game went on; gave away bad set piece early
Rogelio Chavez 6.5 – Clamped down right side of field
Jaime Lozano 7.5 - Very influential; set-piece ability way too much for Pumas to handle

Ramon Nuñez 5 - Did nothing to create, yellow card late in first half led to his early exit
Emmanuel Villa 7 – Strong overall performance; third goal was product of his refusal to quit
Cristian Riveros 7 - Found space and finished off great Lozano cross to essentially put game away early in second half
Mario Ortiz 5.5 – Quiet performance, didn’t do much to create danger, subbed out in 60th minute

Substitutes

Marco Antonio Palacios 5.5 – Solid start but faltered along with rest of Pumas teammates; should have done more with open header attempt
in 68th minute

Jehu Chiapas 5.5 - Was unable to continue after the break; didn't do much before

Martin Bravo 5.5 – Rattled free kick off crossbar, but otherwise did little during his time on the field
