Montenegro Keen To Make Club America Debut Against Chelsea
The latest signing of Las Aguilas wants to debut against the Premier League outfit.
Up until now the Mexican giants have been in great form, after having beaten both Inter and AC Milan. Their next fixture is against Chelsea, and Montenegro is hoping to make his much anticipated America debut during the game.
"The desire to play is there, but I have to work on my physical form and my adaptation. Things shouldn't be done just because of anxiety, I feel that I am at one-hundred percent, but I also have to see what the coach wants," said Montenegro.
Chelsea beat Inter Milan 2-0 earlier in the week, and will surely be difficult opponents for Las Aguilas.
'Rolfi' stated that America's first two victories are very good signs for the club, and that they have generated great expectation for the future.
The Argentine international was America's biggest signing of the transfer window, and he will be hoping to make an impact on the Mexican league after rather frustrating stints in Spain, France and Russia.
