CCL Final Moved To May 12
Due to the swine flu outbreak, Atlante will have to wait until May 12 to try and wrap up their series against Cruz Azul.
Atlante was set to host Cruz Azul on Wednesday in the second leg of the tournament final but now the teams will wait until May 12 to conclude the final.
The series is not the only one to feel the effects of the swine flu. Three league games were played behind closed doors in Mexico while CONCACAF called off the semifinal and final rounds of the Under-17 CONCACAF Championship in Tijuana.
The outbreak has claimed some 150 lives and affected around 2,000 as of Monday, according to reports.
Los Potros beat Cruz Azul 2-0 in Estadio Azul a week ago.
