The Mexican Football Federation fined Tecos UAG manager Miguel Herrera for post-game remarks following a 3-2 loss at Pachuca on March 7.

Mexico outlet Esto reported the fee to be 80,000 pesos, or roughly USD 5,500.

Pachuca scored the game-winning goal with the clock reading 48:31 into the second half. Match officials had allowed for three minutes of stoppage time, but Christian Gimenez scored the game winner 31 seconds after the allotted time.

After the match, Herrera went on a tirade and laced into FMF official Aaron Padilla, who oversees the officials, and said Padilla would come out and make some "stupid" remarks about how well the game was officiated.
