El Tri: List For Friendly Against Ecuador

México boss Sven-Göran Eriksson, did not include Santos goalkeeper Oswaldo Sánchez, Chivas players, or his base of European-based players on his list for the upcoming friendly match against Ecuador.

The Federación Mexicana de Futbol (FMF) revealed the list of 22 players for the upcoming friendly match against Ecuador for the following November 12 in Phoenix, Arizona.

El Tri coach, Sven-Göran Eriksson, did not contemplate his base of European-based players or Chivas players, due to not being a date on the FIFA calendar.  

The list is comprised mainly by domestic players, with the exception of Manchester City striker, Nery Castillo, who arrived in México this past Wednesday.

For the first time in his term, Eriksson considered a player from superlider San Luis, midfielder Israel 'Jagger' Martínez, who will wear the National jersey for the first time.
