MLS reveals full 2014 All-Star roster

Timbers coach Caleb Porter included his club captain, Will Johnson, while Kansas City's Dom Dwyer was surprisingly omitted.
The full 2014 Major League Soccer All-Star squad to face Bayern Munich on Aug. 6 has been announced, with Sporting Kansas City striker Dom Dwyer the biggest name missing from the roster.

The Fan XI has been joined by 10 names selected by Portland Timbers and 2014 All-Star coach Caleb Porter and two commisioner's picks from Don Garber.

Two members of host club Portland have been added to the roster, with Porter appointing his club captain, Will Johnson, and Garber adding midfielder Diego Valeri.

Golden Boot candidate Dwyer has been left out despite scoring 14 goals in 19 games and leading Sporting Kansas City to first place in the Eastern Conference.
