The Germany striker says he hasn't thought about leaving Lazio, adding that he "never spoke to Bayer Leverkusen or to MLS."It doesn't look like Miroslav Klose is coming to MLS anytime soon.
The 35-year-old Lazio striker, who is poised to play in his fourth World Cup for Germany next summer, has been rumored to be looking for a new club, with the LA Galaxy and Bayer Leverkusen reported as possible destinations.
But Klose on Friday shot down those rumors, insisting he is content at Lazio.
"Many lies have been told about me in the recent weeks," Klose told Lazio Style Radio. "I never thought about leaving Lazio, I never spoke neither to Bayer Leverkusen nor to MLS. Lazio is still my first choice and my priority."
Klose has two goals and one assist in nine Serie A appearances for Lazio this season.
