MLS Disciplinary Committee suspends and fines FC Dallas forward Brek Shea

The talented forward will take a seat on the bench for three games.
The Major League Soccer Disciplinary Committee has decided to fine and suspend FC Dallas forward Brek Shea three matches for an incident in his club's last match on May 12 against the Columbus Crew.

In the 24th minute of the match, Shea was seen intentionally kicking a ball at an assistant referee. Shea, 22, will miss FCD's next three matches. The amount of his fine was not disclosed.

The committee has decided to suspend Portland Timbers defender Mamadou Danso for one match for hitting the head of Houston Dynamo forward Calen Carr in the 82nd minute of the team's match on May 15. He was also fined an undisclosed amount for the incident.
