Kansas City Wizards attacker Kei Kamara launched a mini-tirade at Toronto FC defender Nick Garcia after the teams clashed Saturday night. Kansas City pulled out a 1-0 home win over Toronto thanks to a Teal Bunbury goal.
"What I cant believe is the ref let TFC #4 -- the worst player in the league -- hit me from behind a couple time and didn't give him a single card," Kamara posted on his Twitter account following the match. "But again #4 , I say your number because your name doesn't deserve my tweet. You always finish last, get that in your old head. I will always be the winner, HATER."
Nick Garcia, who wears number 4 for Toronto, is 31 years old. The two previously played together at the San Jose Earthquakes for a spell in 2008. Kamara, 25, left after the first half of the season to join the Houston Dynamo.
When the Quakes and Dynamo squared off in 2009, Garcia called the Sierra Leone striker a "mental midget" in the build-up to the game. Kamara scored in a 3-1 win to keep San Jose rooted to the bottom of the MLS table.
