Major League Soccer added 64 new names to its collective rosters in the 2010 MLS SuperDraft.

The entire process lasted four rounds and several hours, but MLS execs and coaches can now head to home cities with the latest crop of college talent in tow.

The first three picks didn't provide much drama. Expansion side Philadelphia Union had been widely tipped to take Oregon State forward Danny Mwanga first overall after coach Petr Nowak convinced the 18-year-old to join this year's draft.

The New York Red Bulls followed by adding talented midfielder Tony Tchani and the San Jose Earthquakes selected defensive hardman Ike Opara in third.

In the fourth pick, Teal Bunbury made MLS history by joining the club his father also played for.

Perhaps the biggest move of the draft came at the end of the first round. Second to last in the round, the Los Angeles Galaxy called a timeout before its pick. When the five minutes were up, it turned out the Galaxy had flopped spots with Real Salt Lake, allowing the reigning MLS Cup champions to pick Collen Warner. In return the Galaxy received Clint Mathis from RSL.

Despite the fact that America is known for producing good goalkeepers, those aren't always valued in the draft. Overall, goalkeepers had a tough draft. No team selected a net-minder until the last round, when USA U-20 goalkeepers Brian Perk and Sean Johnson went within two spots of each other.

See below for a full list of the players drafted.
